At Multisewa, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We offer the following cancellation policy to help ensure that our customers and service providers have a positive experience:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service will not be refunded.

Here are some exceptions to the cancellation policy:

• If the service is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will not charge a cancellation fee.
• If the service is cancelled due to a medical emergency, we will not charge a cancellation fee.
